- Own strategy, operations, and outcomes for an AI Success organization of approximately 15–30 people
- Define and deliver organizational-level strategy to accelerate product adoption and improve retention and expansion
- Build forecasting models and executive reporting to enhance forecast accuracy and reduce churn
- Lead hiring, organizational design, and talent development for the AI Success team
- Establish playbooks and KPIs for cross-functional delivery and consistent execution
- 12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or similar enterprise SaaS roles; 3+ years focused on AI adoption or AI product go-to-market
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing teams of approximately 15–30 individuals
- Previous experience in go-to-customer or GTM roles in enterprise technology/SaaS
- Demonstrated experience in using adoption and health analytics to forecast churn and recommend mitigations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Advanced degrees or certifications in AI strategy or project management
- Proven experience partnering with senior Product leadership to influence product roadmaps
- Strong record of working with executive stakeholders and presenting business-critical forecasts
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of developing leaders and high-performing teams
