Mode of Interview : 2 rounds, 1st round in teams and 2nd round onsite

• Architect and design scalable, secure SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions, including information architecture, taxonomy, content lifecycle, and governance frameworks.
• Develop custom solutions using SPFx (React/Type Script), Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Functions to deliver modern, extensible SharePoint experiences.
• Lead Power Platform solution architecture, including Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate workflows, and governance for enterprise app development.
• Create enterprise-level integration architectures connecting SharePoint with Azure services, ERP/CRM platforms, and external APIs through Logic Apps and Graph.
• Define modernization strategies and lead migrations from legacy SharePoint ) to SharePoint Online using PnP, Share Gate, or Microsoft migration tools.
• Establish tenant-wide governance, security, and compliance models, including DLP, retention, permission structures, provisioning standards, and Zero Trust alignment.
• Optimize performance and scalability through advanced design patterns, efficient SPFx rendering, CDN strategies, monitoring, and analytics using Azure Monitor and M365 insights.
• Develop architectural blueprints, reference models, and reusable frameworks to standardize solution delivery across teams and projects.
• Implement Dev Ops/ALM pipelines for SPFx, Power Platform, and Azure components using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Actions for automated build, test, and deploy cycles.
• Drive adoption of modern M365 and AI capabilities such as Viva, Syntex, Copilot, advanced search, and AI-driven automation to enhance enterprise knowledge management.
