Product Manager Lead

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of core crypto exchange products.

You will work closely with engineering teams (primarily based in Asia), as well as design, compliance, operations, and business partners in the U.S. This role requires strong product judgment, technical understanding, and the ability to work across time zones in a fast-moving, regulated environment.

• Own the product roadmap for core exchange features, including trading, wallets, onboarding, risk and compliance tools, and liquidity features
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements, specs, and success metrics
• Drive execution with cross-functional teams, working daily with Asia-based engineers and U.S.
  
  -based stakeholders
• Coordinate across time zones to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and risks
• Conduct competitive analysis and track crypto market trends, regulation changes, and new technologies
• Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure products meet U.S. and global regulatory requirements
• Maintain strong technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, data models, and operational constraints
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate based on KPIs and user feedback
• Work closely with design to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences for retail and institutional users

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years in crypto, fintech, trading systems, or financial infrastructure
• Strong understanding of crypto exchanges, order books, market making, and blockchain fundamentals
• Experience working with distributed or international engineering teams (U.S. and Asia preferred)
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to break down complex problems and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with modern product development methodologies

• Experience in a regulated financial or crypto environment (U.S. preferred)
• Technical background or strong technical literacy
• Experience with KYC, AML, compliance tools, custody, or institutional trading products
• Passion for blockchain, Web3, and global financial inclusion
• Bilingual ability is a plus
