The Role

We’re hiring a Customer Impact Lead to partner with U.S. enterprise customers as they redesign how work gets done using Reejig’s Work Operating System.

This is not a traditional customer success role. It is a workforce transformation role suited to someone with a background in people & systems consulting, org design, workforce strategy, process transformation, or SaaS/technology-enabled transformation.

You will operate as a strategic advisor and delivery lead — managing multiple enterprise initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll guide executive stakeholders through workforce redesign, work deployment strategy, operating model shifts, and technology adoption — ensuring measurable impact at every phase.

If you’ve led transformation programs, redesigned operating models, implemented enterprise SaaS platforms, or advised on workforce strategy — this role is built for you.

What You’ll DoLead Workforce & Work Design Transformation
  • Own the end-to-end post-sale transformation journey for enterprise customers
  • Lead implementation of Reejig’s Work Operating System
  • Guide customers through structured transformation playbooks focused on:
    Workforce deployment strategy;
    Work design and work redesign;
    Org structure evolution;
    Skills-based operating models
  • Drive alignment between executive ambition and operational execution
  • Ensure rapid time-to-value through structured governance, milestone tracking, and risk management
Act as a Strategic Advisor to Enterprise Stakeholders
  • Engage and influence CHROs, COOs, transformation leaders, and functional executives
  • Facilitate executive workshops on workforce strategy, operating model evolution, and skills-based transformation
  • Translate strategic workforce goals into actionable roadmaps powered by Reejig
  • Provide thought leadership on future-of-work, AI-enabled workforce orchestration, and organizational agility
  • Lead change management efforts to embed new ways of working across large-scale teams
Drive Outcomes & Expansion
  • Define and track measurable transformation outcomes across each customer
  • Identify expansion opportunities aligned to demonstrated value
  • Partner with Sales to grow enterprise footprint through strategic relationship management
  • Position Reejig as critical infrastructure for workforce intelligence and work orchestration
Thrive in a High-Velocity, Multi-Project Environment
  • Manage multiple complex enterprise programs simultaneously
  • Operate with a consulting mindset: structured, hypothesis-driven, outcome-oriented
  • Act as the voice of the customer across Product, Sales, and Delivery
  • Navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to evolving transformation environments
What You’ll Bring Required
  • 5+ years’ experience in:
    Management consulting (people & systems, org design, workforce strategy, tech/process transformation), or Enterprise SaaS implementation / professional services, or Internal workforce strategy / org design / operating model transformation roles
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise clients or programs in parallel
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Structured problem-solving approach and comfort with ambiguity
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-accountability environment
Preferred
  • Experience in workforce technology, HR tech, or AI-enabled platforms
