We are seeking an Amazon Manager to support our E-commerce Director and drive performance across Amazon.

Role Overview

The Amazon Manager will own the day-to-day management of Simply’s Amazon business, ensuring strong execution across listings, advertising, analytics, and account health.

  • This role is both analytical and execution-focused
    , ideal for someone who understands that Amazon is equal parts retail, marketing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities Amazon Advertising (Core Focus)
  • Own Amazon Ads execution (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
  • Manage campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding, and budgets
  • Identify scaling opportunities & wasted spend reduction
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track performance across traffic, conversion, and profitability
  • Monitor keyword rankings and search trends
  • Deliver regular performance reports & insights
  • Identify growth opportunities and risks
Promotions & Growth Initiatives
  • Support new product launches on Amazon
  • Test pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies
  • Assist with Seller/Vendor Central operations
  • Maintain and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, A+ content, images)
Listing Optimization & Conversion
  • Drive conversion improvements through content & keyword optimization
  • Partner with creative/brand teams on images and A+ content
  • Execute SEO best practices and competitive benchmarking
Ideal Candidate Profile Experience
  • 3–6+ years managing Amazon accounts for CPG or consumer brands
  • Hands-on Amazon Ads experience (this is critical)
  • Experience with Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
  • Proven track record improving performance metrics
Capabilities
  • Strong analytical & data interpretation skills
  • Deep understanding of Amazon algorithms & mechanics
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to diagnose performance issues quickly
