Senior Project Manager

Position Title: Enterprise Agile Delivery Lead

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Pay Rate: $69.25-$79.25 (W2), depending on experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Agile Delivery Lead to support large?scale technology initiatives within a dynamic enterprise environment. In this role, you will guide cross?functional teams through the full software development lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of enhancements, integrations, and new application capabilities.

You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories, maintain end?to?end delivery plans, and drive Agile best practices. The ideal candidate brings excellent communication skills, proven leadership experience, and a strong background in Agile project management, business analysis, and enterprise delivery.

• Experience leading enterprise IT projects using Agile, Scrum, SaFe, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across multiple teams and work streams.
• Skilled in facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Experience monitoring milestone progress and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to secure leadership alignment for project plans and changes.

• Strong ability to collaborate with Product Owners to define requirements, acceptance criteria, user stories, and release scope.
• Experience writing clear, comprehensive user stories with Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
• Ability to identify opportunities for reuse and recommend process improvements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including progress reporting and meeting documentation.
• Ability to manage relationships across cross?functional and distributed teams.
• Skilled at negotiating scope, timeline, and resource changes.

• Hands?on experience with Azure Dev Ops for task tracking, defect management, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Dev Ops principles, QA processes, and enterprise delivery standards.

• Ability to define roles, remove impediments, and support team development.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple locations and vendor teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or Agile delivery leadership.
• Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI?
  
  ACP) preferred.
