The Senior Data Trust Specialist will lead data trust, governance, and quality initiatives across enterprise data and ERP programs. This role demands strong techno-functional expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to independently engage senior stakeholders. The Senior Specialist will drive the deployment of trusted data processes, oversee risk & audit readiness, and ensure accurate flow of business-critical data across the organization.

Role:
  • Lead data readiness, governance, and quality work streams as part of migration for multi-site enterprise ERP roll out programs (Azure stack with Databricks preferred).
  • Act as a key data readiness liaison between PMO teams, planning and operational systems implementation teams, integration teams, 3rd party teams, testing teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Own and coordinate end-to-end data validation, lineage mapping, and reconciliation during system transitions or deployments.
  • Provide leadership and direction to junior data trust analysts/teams.
  • Support audits, compliance, and risk assessments related to data readiness.
  • Knowledge of CPG/distribution domain and understand data expectations and operational nuances for ERP implementations
  • Establish and monitor data readiness and migration KPIs and reporting dashboards.
  • Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement for data issues for ERP roll out
  • Represent the data trust function in senior-level conversations and program governance forums.
  • 7+ years of experience in data governance, complex data migration, data quality, or data platform programs.
  • Strong techno-functional understanding of ERP, Cloud migrations, Planning and Supply Chain systems
  • Hands-on experience supporting multi-site ERP implementations or large-scale transformations.
  • Strong leadership skills with prior team lead experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with senior, client-facing stakeholders.
  • Exposure to CPG and/or distribution industries.
  • Experience with audit readiness, risk tracking, and compliance frameworks.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86,000 to $203,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
