A Glimpse into Your Contributions
Within your first year, you will:
- Become the first full-time Payor Customer Success Associate at Verse, with the opportunity to scale this function meaningfully over the coming years
- Partner with Payor Account Executives to onboard new accounts and achieve the goals of account expansion, churn prevention, and customer education
- Act as a trusted partner to customers as they onboard and grow with Verse, becoming their first call for feedback and issue resolution
- Proactively identify account risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor product usage and creatively engage with customers to drive adoption
- Collaborate to resolve high-impact issues with payor relations, operations, and analytics teams
- Collaborate with customers to ensure timely and compliant documentation for successful insurance billing

Core Skills & Experience- 1-2 years in a customer-facing role
- A naturally empathetic individual who genuinely loves helping people
- Well-organized, with high attention to detail, a resourceful problem solver, and can manage multiple work streams
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
- Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and office tools (e.g. Microsoft Office and/or G Suite)

- Meaningful Compensation: $80,000 base salary + $5,000 target annual bonus
