Technical Support Engineer

Technical Executive Support Engineer to provide high-level technical assistance to executive team and critical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles
• Background in finance, investment banking, hedge fund operations, or managed service provider (MSP) environments
• Strong proficiency with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Power Shell scripting
• Expert-level troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across multiple technologies
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical executives
• Experience with enterprise software, cloud platforms, and business-critical systems

• Provide white-glove technical support to C-level executives and senior leadership
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related enterprise technologies
• Develop Power Shell scripts to automate tasks and streamline executive technology workflows
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Coordinate with IT teams to resolve high-priority incidents
• Implement and maintain executive technology solutions
• Document processes and create technical guides for executive users
