Why we’re hiring for this role

The customer base is growing and there is a need for stronger data infrastructure to support the platform and strategic goals. This is a new role at the intersection of engineering and data. It will bring expertise to improve data quality, scale critical CDC pipelines, and unlock efficiencies across systems. You will partner with Engineering, Analytics, and Intelligence teams to ensure we collect the right data and use it to power smarter decisions.

We have strong foundations in product and analytics, and the role focuses on platform-focused data engineering to enable new work streams tied to our 2026 Strategy, including AI/RRE and the next evolution of reporting. If you enjoy cross-team work, improving data quality at scale, and building infrastructure that helps us and our customers grow confidently, we’d love to meet you.

The role reports to Roberto, Senior Staff Engineer (Architecture). A video explaining the role in the Data team is available.

You will work asynchronously with a bright, dedicated global team, solving complex problems in ways that feel simple and intuitive for customers.
