Scrum Leader

Location:

New York, Pittsburgh, or Lake Mary (4 days onsite) Duration: 12+ Months (Possibility to extend and/or convert to FTE)

Job Description:

Looking for a senior Scrum Leader with deep experience delivering Agile programs in federal government environments, capable of integrating security engineering and compliance requirements (NIST & FedRAMP) into sprint execution, managing cross team dependencies, and maintaining delivery momentum under formal governance, audit, and regulatory constraints. Must Haves
• 5+ years of experience
• Onsite 4+ days per week... preference is
1) Washington, DC,
2) Pittsburgh,
3) Lake Mary, then
4) New York
• Will consider candidates who will relocate to client site for day 1 start
• Previous federal government experience is a plus
• Previous financial services experience is a plus
• Candidate must have a sense of urgency
• Will work with internal stakeholders
• Will work in an agile environment
• Project management skills
• Previous experience in a FedRAMP High or a security environment is highly preferred
• Candidate must have the experience and ability to be a "doer" when needed
• Jira, Excel, Power Point  
• Any security certifications are a highly preferred
• Any scrum certifications are a big plus
• No clearance requirements for this role
• Looking for the ability to convert the worker to FTE if possible
