About

The Role

As a Product Manager at Revin
, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for a category-defining AI platform that powers the largest operators in the built world. This is a 0→1 role
: you’ll translate customer insights into ambitious roadmaps, partner with engineers and designers to deliver products that operators can’t live without, and define how AI is deployed across $100M+ real-world businesses. Your mission is to build systems that combine AI agents, enterprise integrations, and intuitive user experiences to solve revenue-critical problems for operators. You’ll shape the workflows of frontline teams, embed AI into the systems they run on (Salesforce, Service Titan, i360, Lead Perfection), and deliver outcomes that directly grow revenue at scale.

What

You’ll Do
  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core product areas spanning AI agents, customer-facing workflows, and enterprise integrations.
  • Partner with field-deployed engineers (Pathfinder Team) to translate frontline insights into scalable platform features.
  • Drive execution with a high-velocity team of engineers and designers, balancing intuition with data-driven decisions.
  • Prototype rapidly and ship AI-powered workflows that reduce friction, automate complexity, and directly grow customer revenue.
  • Collaborate with GTM & customer executives to scope and deliver enterprise-ready solutions that scale across $100M+ operators.
  • Stay deeply plugged into AI research, industry trends, and model capabilities — filtering noise from signal and creatively applying breakthroughs to our product.
  • Act as the connective tissue between customers, engineering, and leadership, influencing Revin’s roadmap at the highest level.
What You Need
  • 3+ years of product management or product-building experience, ideally in fast-moving startups.
  • Strong customer empathy, with a track record of sitting close to customers and shipping impactful products.
  • Fluency in AI concepts (prompting, embeddings, fine-tuning, evaluation) and ability to translate them into user-facing systems.
  • Comfort working with engineers and APIs.
  • Fluency in experimentation, metrics, and data — knowing when to rely on numbers vs. intuition.
  • Proven ability to lead small, cross-functional teams with urgency, ownership, and high standards.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to rally teams and customers around bold product bets.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience building AI-powered products or integrating LLM frameworks (Lang Chain, etc.).
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS with complex integrations.
  • Background in consumer-grade UX or building intuitive products in messy, real-world workflows.
  • Prior startup or 0→1 product experience.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary & meaningful equity (
