We are partnering with a globally established advertising technology company as they expand their US business with the launch of a new SaaS solution.
The company already has a successful and established operation in the US, focused on its core adtech and media solutions. This hire will join the existing US team but lead the commercial rollout of a newly introduced product line.
The new SaaS offering is designed for Creative Media Agencies and Brand Marketing teams, delivering high-impact advertising formats that drive measurable improvements in engagement, conversion and retention. The product has been validated internationally and is now being strategically introduced into the US market.
This role will sit within the US business, operating alongside the current team, but will be focused specifically on building and scaling this new solution.
The RoleAs Enterprise Sales Director, you will lead enterprise revenue growth for this newly launched SaaS product in the US.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving enterprise sales across Creative Agencies and Brand Marketing teams
- Owning complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Building and managing a national pipeline
- Leveraging existing US infrastructure, relationships and brand presence to accelerate market penetration
- Collaborating closely with the current US commercial team while operating as the product lead for this business line
- Contributing to go-to-market strategy and long-term commercial structure
- Supporting the build-out of a dedicated commercial team as revenue scales
This is a growth mandate within an already established US operation, not a standalone market entry.
Ideal Profile- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in adtech, martech, SaaS or digital media
- Strong relationships within Creative Media Agencies and/or Brand Marketing organisations
- Track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals
- Experience selling performance-driven or creative technology solutions
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a scaling environment
- Experience launching or scaling new product lines is advantageous
- Join an established and revenue-generating US adtech business
- Lead the rollout of a globally proven SaaS product in the US market
- Operate with infrastructure and team support already in place
- Clear scope to scale the function and build a national team
- $170k–$180k base + 100% OTE
