Business Analyst- Singapore

Responsibilities

• Managing the full project lifecycle for launching new portfolio management teams into production
• Designing research and trading solutions that comply with firm-wide standards
• Educating portfolio management teams on operating procedures and technology integrations
• Leading new strategy rollout initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Risk, as well as external partners including brokers, exchanges, and vendors
• Providing ongoing operational support for processes such as broker data management, compliance monitoring, trading workflows, and business continuity planning

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science strongly preferred
• Approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience is a plus
• Ability to support senior team members while independently managing multiple short- and long-term projects under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
• Ability to clearly document technical specifications and communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL
  ;
  Linux/Unix scripting (e.g., Bash, Perl) is a plus
• Experience with database design is advantageous
• Exposure to systematic trading across liquid instruments such as global equities, futures, and foreign exchange, as well as macro instruments including bonds, rates, and credit, is preferred but not required
• Experience with digital asset exchanges, liquidity providers, derivative products, and business operations is a plus
