- Support HEDIS and NCQA accreditation activities by preparing required data and ensuring measure accuracy
- Develop insightful summaries, reports, and dashboards to communicate analytic findings and health outcomes trends
- Conduct data exploration and mining to identify actionable opportunities for improving health outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape recommendations and program enhancements
- Build and maintain analytical deliverables using data visualization platforms and SQL-based tools
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, data analytics, business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of analytics experience, including data analysis and report development for business or healthcare quality improvement
- Experience with workflow automation tools and data visualization or analytics platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience analyzing large datasets from enterprise data warehouse environments
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to query and work with relational database structures
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related advanced field
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, quality measurement, or population health
- Proficiency with Python or R for data analysis and automation of workflows
- Experience supporting HEDIS, NCQA accreditation, or clinical quality initiatives
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to proactively identify analytic opportunities
