Let's make a difference together! We are currently looking for a Change Management Lead to drive adoption and sustained behavior change across enterprise transformation initiatives in Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Med Tech) to join our team in New York.

Day in the Life- Lead end-to-end change strategy for complex programs (digital, data, AI, operating model).
- Partner with senior leaders to drive alignment, readiness, and engagement.
- Translate complex technical and scientific change into clear, actionable messaging.
- Design and execute stakeholder, communications, and enablement plans.
- Measure adoption and adjust change tactics to ensure lasting impact.
- Be fluent in working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini) on a daily basis.
- Work in efficient, international teams to become a key partner for our clients’ managers and senior executives.
- Engage in important internal initiatives and communities in shaping our growing U.S. branch together with colleagues in established Campana & Schott hubs across Europe.

CompensationThe salary range for this position is $120,000 to $132,000 per year and total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package described below. We expect total annualized compensation for New York City-based employees to be approximately the following:
- Base salary between $120,000 - $132,000 p.a.. Placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
- Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-20%
- 25 days of PTO p.a.
- 10 company paid holidays p.a.
- 5 days of professional development p.a.
- Option for employees to make personal contributions to a 401(k) plan, as well as 401(k) matching offered by Campana & Schott

Preferred Qualifications- MBA, MSc, or related, from an accredited College or University.
- 7–12+ years of change management or transformation experience.
- Proven delivery in regulated Life Sciences environments.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority.
- Experience with large-scale digital, data, or enterprise initiatives.
- Familiarity with structured change frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent).
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mentality.
- Analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and self-motivated working attitude.
- Willingness to travel.
