AboutThe Role
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a multi-country Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation. This role will oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment across business units, IT, and global stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in managing large-scale technology programs, strong knowledge of Salesforce TPM or similar trade solutions, and a proven ability to drive business transformation in complex, global environments.

YourSkill & Experience
- Proven Program Management Expertise: 8+ years managing large-scale, multi-country technology programs.
- Salesforce TPM Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Trade Promotion Management or similar CPG trade solutions. - Global Implementation
Experience:
Strong track record delivering programs across multiple countries and regions. - Stakeholder Management:
Ability to engage senior business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align on objectives and outcomes. - Process & Change Management:
Expertise in driving business process transformation and adoption in complex organizations. - Budget &
Risk Management:
Skilled in managing program budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. - Agile & Waterfall Delivery:
Familiarity with hybrid delivery models and governance frameworks. - Excellent Communication:
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive-level reporting. - CPG Industry Experience (Preferred):
Understanding of trade promotion processes and analytics in consumer goods.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $93,800 - $224,910
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
