Location - This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, New York, San Francisco.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a multi-country Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation. This role will oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment across business units, IT, and global stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in managing large-scale technology programs, strong knowledge of Salesforce TPM or similar trade solutions, and a proven ability to drive business transformation in complex, global environments.

• Proven Program Management Expertise: 8+ years managing large-scale, multi-country technology programs.
• Salesforce TPM Knowledge:
  Hands-on experience with Salesforce Trade Promotion Management or similar CPG trade solutions.

• CPG Industry Experience (Preferred):
  Understanding of trade promotion processes and analytics in consumer goods.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $93,800 - $224,910

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
