Sr Analytics Manager Market Research

Our client, Meta Sense, Inc., is seeking the following.

• Data Integration & Analysis:
  Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using data analytics platforms; interpret code logic to validate data pipelines and ensure accuracy.
• Analytics Design:
  Recommend new quantitative methodologies for consideration and/or evolve quantitative methodologies already in practice.
• Advanced Analytics Execution:
  Apply advanced statistical techniques (SEM, ENET, K-means, etc.) to uncover actionable insights.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify opportunities to automate analysis, including leveraging AI and ensure access to broader range of behavioral and operation data points.
• Best Practice Development:
  Create a knowledge warehouse for repeatable code and processes that can be leveraged by more junior analysts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Build strong relationships across the team and bank to align research priorities with strategic goals.
• Manager:
  This role will directly manage three analysts, acting as a player-coach, guiding team members on technical and analytical best practices.
• Insight Storytelling:
  Synthesize findings into deep, compelling narratives and presentations and teach directs how to create a clear path from one insight to another.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Economics, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Experience:
  
  10+ years in Data Analytics or related roles.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong data analytics platform skills for statistical analysis, automation, and data modeling (Python preferred, R, SPSS, etc.)
  • Ability to write, read and interpret code for troubleshooting and validation.
• Analytical
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources and connect insights across studies.
• Communication:
  Exceptional written and verbal skills.
• Tools:
  Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
• Mindset:
  Intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
