- Optimize and scale performance across core ad channels, job board placements, and acquisition workflows to support network expansion
- Build, launch, and manage new ad campaigns and content across paid channels (Meta, Linked In, Google ecosystem, emerging channels, etc)
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creative, audience targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve CAC and conversion rates
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to ideate on brief and develop creative assets that drive engagement and elevate brand storytelling
- Support on the provider referral program, monitoring funnel performance and identifying opportunities to improve participation and conversion
- Identify opportunities to improve process across end to end marketing workflows, increasing speed of ad campaign builds and launches while maintaining a high bar for quality
- Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking key funnel metrics from impression to provider onboarding, enabling quick identification of gaps and improvement opportunities
- Deliver performance analysis and strategic recommendations to optimize budget allocation across channels
- Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure consistent delivery and brand alignment, while also evaluating new partners to elevate performance
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing and growth operations, managing substantial budgets with a proven track record of driving results (strong proficiency in Meta and Linked In advertising required, healthcare and/or two‑sided platform experience a plus)
- Possess analytical rigor with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for cross‑functional stakeholders
- Experience navigating a Mar Tech stack; both in leveraging existing tools to improve process/generate insights and in identifying gaps where new vendors could drive further growth (Hub Spot, Looker, and/or Tableau experience a plus)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and an ownership mindset; you take initiative and can build and execute in ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to manage recurring workflows and optimize for speed and accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort managing external vendors
- Comfort with AI tools for marketing operations (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and eagerness to integrate them into daily workflows

Base CompensationThe base compensation range for this position is $114,000–$133,000 USD Annually
