- Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic Wisdom
, supporting design, build, testing, and deployment activities - Lead and contribute to Epic Wisdom implementations
, including new installs, upgrades, and enhancements - Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Configure and maintain Epic Wisdom modules in alignment with organizational and regulatory standards
- Support end‑to‑end lifecycle activities including workflow analysis, system validation, go‑live support, and post‑implementation optimization
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, workflows, and best practices - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts as needed
- 5+ years of experience as an Epic Wisdom Analyst
- Epic Wisdom Certification
- Proven Epic Wisdom implementation experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
