- Lead an organization of Sales Account Managers responsible for building relationships with new Amazon Ads customers.
- Partner closely with prospecting sales reps, Product, GTM, Creative, Ad Tech, Programmatic, and Analytics teams.
- Own revenue targets for your team and create plans to achieve them.
- Coach and lead your team to serve as strategic consultants, providing media insights and strategies to meet customer objectives.
- Define organizational design, strategy, processes, tools, and incentives to accelerate net-new advertiser activation and maximize customer retention.
- Drive the execution of strategy, ensuring consistent delivery of measurable results in advertiser satisfaction, YoY revenue growth, renewal rates, and revenue targets.
- Partner with sales leadership and peer leaders to establish joint goals and strategies to drive advertiser satisfaction and enable your team to achieve revenue targets.
- Build high-performing sales teams through strategic hiring, coaching, and performance management aligned with Amazon's Leadership Principles.
- Set clear goals, monitor pipeline health, and ensure Account Managers prioritize customer engagement to become consultative partners.
- Optimize pod team coordination and account coverage models with other Sales and Creative Managers.
- Own customer retention and expansion strategies by analyzing account health metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing scalable playbooks.
- Establish operational excellence through standardized processes and clear role definitions across partner teams.
- Develop talent through regular coaching, skill development programs, and career progression planning.
- Foster a culture of data‑driven decision‑making, customer obsession, and continuous improvement while maintaining team engagement and performance standards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 6+ years of client‑facing role including, but not limited to, digital marketing, analytics, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth.
- Adept at solving problems that span business and technology.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in Omni‑channel marketing, display, over‑the‑top (OTT), or search marketing.
- Influencing process improvement that scales broadly; inventing and simplifying within existing processes.
- Programmatic strategy and implementation experience.

The base salary range for this position is $ – $ USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
