We are seeking a skilled Redis Administrator to manage optimize and maintain our Redis infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Redis clusters, performance tuning, high‑availability configurations and monitoring distributed caching systems in production environments.

• Install, configure and maintain Redis server instances, clusters and sentinel setups
• Manage Redis high‑availability (HA) and disaster‑recovery (DR) strategies
• Monitor Redis performance and proactively resolve latency, memory and throughput issues
• Optimize Redis configuration parameters for caching, persistence and data eviction policies
• Implement and maintain Redis security including TLS authentication and access control
• Perform backup, restore and data migration operations

• Strong experience with Redis including standalone, clustered and sentinel architectures
• Solid understanding of caching strategies, memory management, eviction policies, persistence modes (RDB, AOF)
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Redis Insight, ELK, etc.)
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS Elasti Cache, Azure Cache for Redis, GCP Memory store)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and running Redis on K8s (Helm charts, Operators)
• Familiarity with Redis modules (Redi Search, Redis
  
  JSON, Redis Graph, etc.)
• Certifications related to cloud, Dev Ops or database administration
• Experience with CICD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab)

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86,129 to $127,189 Yearly

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
