Financial Systems Analyst

Vertex Solutions is currently seeking a Financial Data & Systems Analyst that has at least 7 years of experience. This role works closely with Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to improve data quality, enable scalable reporting, and support future-state analytics enhancements.

• Enhance and maintain analytics and reporting capabilities across financial and operational data
• Support improvements to reporting infrastructure, including tools such as Power
  
  BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, and related data models
• Partner with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into scalable solutions
• Support systems initiatives and implementations, including data integrations, process changes, and tooling enhancements

• 7+ years of experience
• Strong background in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
• Experience working with data systems, tools, or implementations in a business environment
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced data capabilities (Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling)

• Experience supporting finance, operations, or enterprise reporting environments
• Experience with data transformation, automation, or reporting optimization
• Comfort partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders
