The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the definition, development, launch, and lifecycle support of key generative AI offerings and industry-specific service accelerators within our Solution Engineering team at Presidio.
This role combines deep product management expertise, Solution Engineering oversight and industry domain knowledge to create compelling solutions that accelerate client engagement and drive business growth. The successful candidate will own and support the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
The right candidate can navigate through solution and service definitions, internal documentation (MRD/PRD), financial modeling inputs, and product and enablement collateral across Presidio's core industry teams. As we develop our product management functionality where products are services, this role is fundamental to our evolution.
The Services Product Manager works closely with our key practice areas, portfolio, field sales, engineering leads, service delivery, finance, and marketing to ensure offerings are well-articulated, scalable, and aligned with customer outcomes and market demand.
Responsibilities- Product Development & Strategy – Solution Engineering & Accelerator Development: product planning and oversight of design and development of industry-specific service accelerators that address unique sector challenges and opportunities.
- Solution Engineering Oversight – Collaborate with platform and development teams to inform backlog prioritization, feature requirements, and delivery milestones.
- Product Market Research – Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify industry pain points, competitive landscape, and opportunity sizing.
- Product Roadmap – Create and maintain strategic product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with delivery teams, subject matter experts, and industry consultants to ensure accelerator relevance and viability.
- Product Feature & Value Framework – collaborate with Portfolio and Solution Engineering.
- Solution / Accelerator Budget Management – Manage, track and ensure financial modeling and pricing logic are validated with Finance and Sales Ops.
- Launch Planning – Lead cross-functional launch initiatives, coordinating with marketing, sales, and delivery teams.
- Market Positioning – Create compelling value propositions that differentiate accelerators in competitive markets. Collaborate with Product marketing and enablement to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and channel strategy.
- Performance Metrics – Define and track key success metrics for accelerator adoption and business impact.
- Domain Knowledge – Leverage deep industry understanding to inform product decisions and market strategies.
- Thought Leadership – Create industry-specific content including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
- Industry Relationships – Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, analysts, and thought leaders.
- Regulatory Awareness – Stay current on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging trends.
- Competitive Intelligence – Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies; conduct ongoing competitive analysis and industry benchmarking to shape the longer-term product roadmap.
- Pre-Sales Readiness – Support Field Sales, Solutions Architects, and Partner teams with presales messaging and RFP support.
- Delivery Readiness – Collaborate with Service Delivery and Operations teams to document SLAs, delivery models, and handoffs.
