Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
We are seeking a Project Manager who will support our client with the implementation of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solution within the Project Management Office (PMO). This role coordinates clinical workstream meetings, schedules key implementation events, and helps drive issue resolution to keep work streams on track. The ideal candidate for this role will partner with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and produce clear, timely status updates.
Duties- Coordinate across clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to identify dependencies and remove blockers.
- Track action-item completion and follow up with owners; achieve 95%+ on-time closure of assigned actions each reporting period.
- Collaborate with the overall program/project management team to plan, track, and report clinical workstream progress during status meetings.
- Support weekly project status reporting (e.g., milestones, risks, dependencies, and next steps) and publish updates by end of day each Friday.
- Maintain an issue, risk, and decision log; capture 100% of reported issues within 1 business day and support escalation through resolution.
- Facilitate meetings and document outcomes, decisions, and risks; publish meeting notes within 24 hours of each session.
- Schedule recurring workstream meetings and key implementation events; coordinate logistics and attendee communications.
- Develop and distribute agendas, pre-reads, and action items for clinical workstream meetings.
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager supporting complex projects or programs (healthcare, clinical, or IT implementations preferred).
- 2+ years of experience maintaining project artifacts (e.g., schedules, RAID logs, action trackers) and driving follow-up to closure.
- 2+ years of experience coordinating recurring meetings, building agendas, and documenting decisions and action items.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present concise updates to stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams/SharePoint or similar).
- Experience working within or alongside a Project Management Office (PMO) and using standard project governance practices.
- Associate’s degree or combination of experience and education.
