Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (4 days a week Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Rate Range: Upto $92.5/hr on W2
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1
Must Have:
- Product management experience supporting internal tools or platforms
- Experience with streaming media workflows (VOD and live/linear)
- Knowledge of adaptive streaming technologies (HLS, DASH, CMAF)
- Familiarity with media formats and specs (AVC, HEVC, AV1, IMF, TTML, WebVTT)
- Experience working with APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
- Own product strategy and execution for internal dashboards and operational tools
- Improve visibility across ingest, processing, and publishing workflows
- Translate operator needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering, UX, and operations teams through build and rollout
- Define and track metrics to optimize platform efficiency and resiliency
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience supporting large-scale, media or content operations platforms
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience shaping tools for business-critical operational workflow
