Technical/Functional Skills- Design and Implement Microsoft CRM 2011 configurations and customizations
- Ability to consult on CRM Server architecture involving IFD, ADFS and SQL Server/SharePoint Server platforms and provide approach
- Technical Lead for the MS CRM 2011 related module(s) within the project and work towards finding solutions independently
- Design and develop integrations including CTI, Web Services based integrations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
