A leading private equity firm with a strong track record of investing in high-growth businesses is seeking a Technology Operating Partner to drive value creation across its portfolio.
This role requires direct private equity experience and a proven ability to translate technology strategy into measurable EBITDA impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead technology & IT diligence for new investments
- Develop and execute post-close 100-day value creation plans
- Drive digital transformation, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, data strategy, and AI initiatives
- Partner with CEOs, CTOs, and Boards to scale technology platforms
- Support M&A integration, carve‑outs, and exit readiness
- 10+ years in senior technology leadership (CTO/CIO/VP Engineering or similar)
- Prior private equity experience is mandatory (Operating Partner or senior role within PE-backed companies)
- Strong commercial acumen with clear examples of driving growth, margin expansion, and scalability
- Experience in SaaS, software, or tech-enabled businesses preferred
High-visibility role with direct collaboration alongside Investment Partners and meaningful carry participation.
