You dig beyond surface-level answers to understand the origin, structure, and implications of data.
You care about definitions, consistency, and semantic clarity and recognizing that shared meaning is foundational to trust.
As AI reshapes how analytical work is produced and consumed, you are comfortable operating in an AI-enabled environment. You leverage tools such as Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or similar to accelerate exploration, code development, and hypothesis generation, while applying strong judgment and validation standards to ensure outputs are accurate, traceable, and decision-grade.
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will partner closely with leaders across the organization to frame key business questions, deliver actionable insights, and help strengthen how Justworks reasons with data as we continue to evolve.
