In this role, you will drive advisory revenue and delivery for a small portfolio, ensuring balanced growth in assigned accounts. Responsibilities include leading a small team to deliver client outcomes, providing leadership with insights for portfolio expansion, supporting client acquisition, building executive relationships, overseeing high-impact advisory engagements, developing intellectual property, and contributing to go-to-market strategy.

• Drive advisory revenue growth by securing new and repeat business, targeting a portfolio size between $2MM and $10MM annually

• Achieve targeted advisory and advanced technology bookings through effective client engagement and solution delivery

• Maintain individual utilization rates within the 50% to 60% range, with a focus on project delivery and execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients

• Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients, dedicating time to client relationship management and strategic partnership building

• Lead business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, supporting pursuit development, and facilitating client workshops

• Contribute to thought leadership by developing intellectual property, sharing insights, and representing the organization in industry forums

• Support practice development initiatives, dedicating 10% of time to building capabilities, mentoring team members, and enhancing service offerings

• Relevant years of experience in advisory, consulting, transformation, or industry leadership positions

• Strong expertise in solution design and client delivery

• Specialization in a relevant industry or domain

• Fluent in advanced technologies

• Proven record as a key role, contributing significantly to pursuit strategies

• Thought leader in one to two segments within chosen industry

• Expert in at least one relevant domain and proficient in one to two other relevant domains

• Significant experience with advanced technology, data and AI within chosen industry

• Thought leader in specific areas of a domain – breadth across 1 to 2 industries
