IT Business Analyst, IT Support
Key Responsibilities
Configure Workday to meet defined business requirements and recommend process improvements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
Develop and maintain documentation including process maps, configuration notes, test plans, and user guides.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and drive problem resolution.
Build and deliver actionable reports and dashboards.
Own configuration for new module implementations from design through go-live.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of Workday Core HCM experience
, including:Compensation
Security
Business Processes
Reporting
Dashboards
Advanced Compensation experience (required).
Benefits or Absence experience is a plus.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear user-ready documentation quickly.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
Addepar follows a market-based pay approach.
Base Salary Range: $111,000 – $174,000
Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, and benefits
.Final pay depends on skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and must be eligible to begin work on day one.
