Management Consultant - Banking

📍 New York, NY (Remote/Hybrid – regular travel to Manhattan required)

Depending on your experience and level, you will:

• Deliver high-quality client proposals, presentations, and project deliverables
• Assess client organizations, processes, and systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions
• Manage project delivery end-to-end, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and quality standards
• Facilitate workshops and effectively gather business and technical requirements
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a day-to-day advisor
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development
• Support business development, account growth, and firm initiatives
• Stay current on banking trends, digital innovation, and emerging technologies

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting within banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of banking products and operations (retail, wealth, corporate, or investment banking)
• Experience delivering consulting engagements and working directly with clients
• Analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Exposure to transformation or technology programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel and work regularly from the Manhattan office
