The Mission
Quatrefoil Data Services (QDS) is the infrastructure layer for the next generation of finance. We aren't just selling data; we are building the standards that the world’s largest institutions will use to price and manage risk. As the architect behind CESR (the Composite Ether Staking Rate) and other crypto-native risk-free rates, we administer the "SOFR of Crypto."
We are looking for a Head of Business Development who doesn't just want a job—you want to win. You will be responsible for the global adoption of our benchmarks, driving integrations into regulated futures, and licensing our IP to the biggest players on both Wall Street and the blockchain.
What You’ll Do- Originate & Close: Secure high-impact integrations for CESR and our suite of crypto-native benchmarks and futures IP across buy-side, sell-side, and global exchanges.
- Market Architecture: Drive the adoption of crypto risk-free rates, working with partners to build regulated futures, derivative and crypto-native products around QDS data.
- Strategic Licensing: Navigate complex licensing agreements for cutting-edge benchmarks with institutional platforms.
- Build Consensus: Act as the face of QDS in industry forums, driving the social and technical consensus required to make our rates the industry standard.
- The Bridge: You have 5+ years of sales experience and can speak "Trad Fi" and "Crypto" with equal fluency. You understand derivatives, benchmarks, and the plumbing of modern finance.
- The Connector: You have a network of deep relationships across exchanges, hedge funds, asset managers, Tier-1 banks, traditional data providers and crypto-native protocols.
- The Team Player: You can deliver (within a team) on high value, innovative projects and lead the market evolution. You are credible to serious people.
- The Competitor: You are high-energy, hungry, and driven by the win. You don't wait for leads; you create them.
- The Visionary: You understand that benchmarks are about more than data—you are about trust and social consensus.
