Aboutthe Role
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex analytical problems related to operational and change management initiatives. You’ll dig into client and internal datasets, connect the dots between data, process, and business outcomes, and serve as a strategic thought partner to our Customer Success team—helping them demonstrate ROI, improve outcomes, and strengthen relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Analysis & Monitoring:
Lead in-depth analysis of healthcare operations data and Customer Success KPIs using Excel, SQL, and Looker. Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and customer-driven strategic outcomes. Develop and maintain dashboards and performance models to monitor delivery and identify trends. - Strategic Insight & Customer Success Partnership:
Go beyond reporting—interpret data to uncover root causes and recommend solutions. Collaborate closely with Customer Success leaders to craft data-driven strategies that demonstrate value and ROI for customers. Support strategic initiatives that drive retention, adoption, and measurable impact. - Operational Process Optimization:
Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance reporting systems. Continuously improve forecasting and performance models to support business growth.
- 7+ years experience with top-tier healthcare management consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY, Huron, KPMG, McKinsey) or health system strategic operations team with deep understanding of healthcare operations and systems.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling).
- Proven experience using SQL for data analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint expertise).
- Ability to synthesize data into strategic insights, not just dashboards.
- Experience leading / mentoring teams of analysts with proven ability to influence development of technical and operational skills.
