Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and design for Duck Creek implementations and enhancements (Policy, Billing, and/or Claims). Define and maintain Duck Creek manuscript configuration, inheritance models, data models, product structures, and rating logic. Provide technical oversight for integrations with downstream systems (e.g., document management, payment gateways, data warehouses). Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance technical solutions. Review and approve technical design documents and configuration strategies.
Guide upgrade strategy and support platform version migrations. Establish best practices for development, configuration, and deployment. Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis. Mentor developers and configuration analysts. Collaborate with enterprise architecture to align Duck Creek solutions with cloud, security, and Dev Ops standards.
