We’re looking for a highly operational, accounting-savvy Implementation & Growth Lead to help scale our product suite. This role sits at the intersection of accounting, technology, and customer execution—you’ll lead end-to-end implementations while helping shape the systems and processes that power our growth. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands accounting at a tactical level and can translate that knowledge into successful SaaS implementations.
You’ll partner closely with customers, guide them through complex workflows, and ensure seamless adoption of our platform. If you’ve worked in accounting, then moved into a client‑facing role at an accounting software or tech startup, this could be an exceptional fit.
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations across our full product suite
- Serve as a trusted advisor to accounting and finance teams during onboarding and rollout
- Program manage new product launches, including enablement materials, training sessions, and timeline management
- Translate real-world accounting workflows into scalable, system-driven processes
- Own and synthesize the customer feedback loop (call insights, support tickets, surveys) to inform product improvements
- Drive compliance, readiness, and operational initiatives for new and existing offerings
- Manage ongoing customer engagements and proactively identify expansion opportunities
- Build scalable implementation processes as we grow
- CPA preferred (must have hands‑on accounting experience — not just the credential)
- Background in Big 4 or similar public accounting environment
- Experience working at an accounting software company or B2B SaaS startup
- Customer‑facing implementation, client success, or engagement management experience
- Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
- Strong understanding of complex operational workflows and financial systems
- Ability to manage 5–10+ concurrent customer implementations
- Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Strong plus:
Real estate or property accounting experience (including familiarity with unique AR workflows) - Willingness to work in‑office 4–5 days per week
