Software Product Trainer

Our client is a global Fintech company that is a premier leader in CRM solutions for the Financial industry. Their technology is the industry’s first connected growth platform, integrating fundraising and deal management workflows with data security, content management and company intelligence.

Our client is seeking an exceptional Trainer to join their talented, outgoing, and fun team in New York This position is a dynamic and hands-on role that requires working with financial services clients all around the world and training them on a suite of products.

You will be responsible for working with the Customer Success team, to understand the clients’ unique requirements and then delivering a tailored unique training experience. You will be managing multiple client relationships and tasked with ensuring their success using our products, through training, user guides and self-learning videos.

The role is heavily client facing and requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage several client trainings, as well as work on producing training materials to augment the tailored training sessions.

• Conduct formal instructor led classes both onsite and online to a wide variety of audiences for our products
• Design, develop, and record video content with durations of 30 seconds to 30 minutes
• Develop and update course material for new and existing company products, solutions, and services in a collaborative team environment
• Develop and instruct customized instructor-led webinar courses
• Develop and maintain online learning course library

• Minimum of 2 years experience in corporate adult training, including technical training experience
• Demonstrated professional public speaking and presentation skills
• Strong computer and software skills; proficient in Microsoft Office:
  Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to rapidly create video content.
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to command a room of learners
• Bachelor’s Degree
