Presales Manager

We are recruiting a Pre-Sales Manager – North America for a fast-growing, global ERP software Vendor.

This is a hands‑on leadership role
, combining deep ERP / business process knowledge with strong sales and presentation capability. You’ll be responsible for owning the technical and functional success of the sales cycle
, while managing and developing a small presales team.

• Lead and support presales activity across North America
• Manage and mentor a small Presales team
• Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the full sales cycle
• Run discovery sessions to understand customer needs and shape solutions
• Deliver high-quality ERP demos to executive and technical audiences
• Support RFPs / RFIs with strong functional and technical input
• Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
• Act as a bridge between customers, partners, and product teams
• Represent the business at events, seminars, and trade shows

• Strong ERP Consultancy background with broad business process knowledge
• 5+ years in Presales / Solution Consulting
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team, or looking to Manage a team.
• Excellent presentation and demo skills
• Confident engaging C-level and senior stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Understanding of US accounting is a plus
