- Excellent at managing insights projects from start to finish.
- Can see data and tell a story, drawing actionable insights beyond basic reportage.
- Mentors junior team members throughout the research process and is willing to roll up sleeves and jump in.
- Loves building client relationships – believes business is about people and relationships, in and out of the research project.
- Team player – values collaboration and collective success.
- Creative thinker, curious mind, strategic brain and strong communicator.
- Strong written and verbal communicator, able to articulate questions, stories, and everything in between.
- Interested in tech, telco, retail, healthcare, and CPG brands.
- At least 6 years of custom primary quantitative research experience working with tech, telco, and/or app-based clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics or related field.
- Razor-sharp skills in Office/Google Docs applications, knowledge of common communications tools and platforms, and experience with research platforms a plus.

CompensationPer the pay transparency law, the hiring compensation for this position is $122,000 to $128,000. Salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon work experience, education, skill set, and other factors considered relevant to the hiring decision.
