User Experience Design Specialist

We are excited to recruit for this pivotal User Experience Design Specialist role to ensure the design and evolution of Harri's platform across web, mobile, and new AI-powered experiences. You will serve as a hands-on design execution specialist and a trusted collaborator for product and engineering teams, playing a key role in translating complex workflows and AI-driven logic into intuitive user experiences.

• Platform Execution:
  Contributing to UI/UX design for web and mobile (Team Live, Harri Live, Team Hub).
• Standardization:
  Supporting the implementation of consistent navigation and interaction patterns across roles and device types.
• AI Innovation:
  Helping translate AI-driven logic into user-friendly screens and designing for new Agentic UI patterns like conversational UX and adaptive UI.
• Design System Growth:
  Collaborating in maintaining and expanding Harri's design system, component library, and standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI/Data teams to bring designs from concept to delivery.
• Research & Insights:
  Supporting usability testing and utilizing heatmaps and analytics to inform design improvements.

We are looking for an individual who is customer-centric and grounded in real-world workflows with a proven track record of delivering high-quality UI/UX designs consistently across multiple product modules. You will be passionate about delivering successful outcomes and possess:

• Design Expertise:
  Demonstrated ability to produce reusable components, specifications, and documentation that enable multi-product consistency.

  Experience with discovery and prototyping of mobile-first and AI-powered interaction models.
• Communication:
  Ability to participate effectively in design reviews, feedback sessions, and UI/UX refinement cycles.

  Strong attention to detail with the ability to utilize user behavior data to propose experience enhancements.
• Collaboration:
  
  Experience working in a cross-functional, team-based globally distributed environment.

  This role is based in NYC.
• Salary:
  The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $200,000 USD, depending on experience.
• Reporting:
  This role reports directly to the Director of Platform UI/UX
