Responsibilities & Requirements
- Consultants with 8-10 years’ extensive experience in IT specifically in People Soft NA Payroll
- Should have good functional knowledge of People Soft 9.0 and above
- Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies
- Good Understanding of Payee Data, Absence and Payroll Processing, Taxes, Year-End Processes, Time and Labor delivered integration with payroll, Elements (Earnings, Deductions, Accumulators, Arrays, Components, Durations Formulas, Variables, etc.), Absence Elements, Payslips, Reports, Banking, Social Security, Loans, Terminations, Pension plans.
- Business Requirements Mapping for HCM Payroll modules
- Designing developments required according to fit gap analysis
- Testing modules’ setup for inconsistencies and missing steps - Test scripts and Users Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Setup of People Soft NA Payroll module
- Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels and having excellent communication skills.
