Lead Data Architect

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data architectures to support analytics , reporting, and data integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data models and architecture solutions.
• Lead ETL/ELT processes using modern tools and frameworks such as
  DBT, Fivetran, Azure Data Factory (ADF),and similar platforms.
• Oversee data modeling, data warehousing, and data quality initiatives using
  Snowflake
  and other cloud-based technologies.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met across all systems.
• Partner with development teams to integrate data solutions with enterprise systems via
  Mule Soft, Jitterbit,or similar tools.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to data engineers and analysts.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role
  with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in
  ETL/ELT design
  , data modeling
  , and data integration tools
  (DBT, Fivetran, ADF, Mule Soft, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with
  Snowflake
  or comparable cloud data platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Must be based in or near
  New York City
  and available to work onsite up to3 days per week
  .
