Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions.
- Map current and future-state business processes and recommend system enhancements.
- Create user stories, wireframes, functional specs, and process documentation.
- Assist with solution architecture and collaborate with CRM Consultants and Developers.
- Participate in data migration, integration scoping, and UAT planning.
- Support the design and testing of system configurations, workflows, business rules, and reports.
- Coordinate with QA and project managers to ensure timely delivery of CRM features.
- Lead user training and change management activities.
- Provide ongoing support post go-live for enhancements and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid project methodologies.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams across business and IT.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 (PL-200, MB-210, or similar) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with integrations (e.g., Business Central, Azure Services, or third-party systems).
- Basic Power Automate and Power BI knowledge.
- Familiarity with customer portals or omnichannel tools (e.g., Solgari, Voice, Chatbots).
- Exposure to Project Operations or Field Service modules is an advantage.
