Location: New York
About the Role: A custom tech solutions company is looking for a Business Analyst to work directly with clients, understand their operational and technology needs, and design tailored solutions. This role bridges the gap between clients and internal technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to analyze business processes and technical needs
- Translate client requirements into clear functional specifications
- Work closely with developers and project managers
- Assist with ERP implementations and system upgrades
- Support clients through solution design, testing, and rollout
- Maintain documentation and process flows
Requirements:
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand both business and technical perspectives
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented
Salary: $75k-$150k /year
