Senior Product Designer

Overview

Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 + strong equity

Location: New York – 5 days per week in office

Integral info:

• 3+ years of product design experience, ideally within SaaS or AI-driven products
• Strong experience designing complex workflows and systems, not just surface-level UI
• Experience designing where humans and AI interact within real workflows is highly valuable
• Comfortable operating in high-velocity, ambiguous startup environments
• High agency, self-starter, able to own problems without heavy direction
• Strong Figma experience and modern design toolkit
• Portfolio showcasing the above
• Able to work on-site in NYC

This is suited to someone who enjoys solving complex UX problems and shaping entirely new interaction paradigms.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing, well-funded startup building next-generation AI-enabled workflow tools. This isn’t a “bolt AI onto an existing product” situation — it’s about rethinking how humans and intelligent systems collaborate in real time.

The product is scaling quickly, demand is strong, and the design function has genuine influence over direction. You won’t be pushing pixels — you’ll be shaping core interaction models that define how the product evolves.

They’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys deeply understanding complex domains before designing solutions. You’ll work closely with product and engineering to craft intuitive, extensible experiences in a technically sophisticated environment.

There’s real ownership here — this person will influence both product direction and design standards as the company scales.
