About

the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst who is passionate about turning data into decisions, improving revenue performance, and helping a fast-growing GTM team win. You will play a central role in how we plan, execute, measure and scale revenue across Sales, SDR, Marketing and Account Management. You will collaborate closely with Leadership, AEs, SDRs and AMs – and your work will be visible at the highest levels.

You will have the opportunity to shape the operating system of a high-growth AI company and help build the next generation of AI-native Rev Ops.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Optimization

  • Monitor and improve pipeline health and velocity
  • Support segmentation, territory design and account prioritization
  • Provide insight into win rates, cycle time, conversion and coverage
  • Run GTM experiments and share learnings with leadership
  • Identify patterns, bottlenecks and opportunities across the funnel

Process & Execution

  • Participate in breaking down the end-to-end funnel
  • Standardize and improve SDR → AE → AM handoffs
  • Support adoption of proven GTM playbooks
  • Translate insights into simple processes that drive execution
  • Help teams eliminate friction and improve speed of work

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reports through Salesforce, Sigma / Big Query
  • Layer rep, segment and top-down forecasts
  • Conduct variance, trending and cohort analysis
  • Translate data into clear narratives that inform decisions
  • Help leadership know where to focus next

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years in Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting or related analytical role
  • Demonstrated process thinking and structured problem solving
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills - Able to distill complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills;
    Comfort with SQL and dashboards
  • Experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, Big Query / Sigma or equivalent
  • Enjoy understanding how revenue is created and scaled
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms or copilots to improve productivity
  • Experience with B2B SaaS business models, core metrics and sales motions, ideally in an early stage company or high-growth environment
  • Comfort with building dashboards, data models and analytical views that help teams make faster and more informed decisions
