As Kaleidoscope launches its dedicated video department, we are seeking a post‑production expert to design and document an enterprise‑grade infrastructure. Your goal is to create a seamless ecosystem for a dispersed team of remote freelance editors handling multiple “always‑on” video podcast series. By the end of this engagement, you will have established a secure, organized environment that allows us to quickly onboard editors and production‑services clients.

• Remote Workflow Manual:
  Create a comprehensive guide for remote editors covering folder structures, naming conventions, and version control.
• DIT & Ingest Protocols:
  Define the data hand‑off process from production to post‑production.
• Technical Specifications:
  Establish standard delivery requirements and spec sheets for all series and digital platforms (You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.).
• Software Stack & Tooling:
  Vet and onboard optimal tools for storage, file transfer, backup/archive, and review/approval.
• Client Interface Standards:
  Define best practices for interfacing with outside file ingest and delivery for client‑facing work.

• Are a seasoned post‑production professional with a proven track record in designing efficient remote workflow solutions.
• Have deep experience defining technical specs for diverse digital platforms.
• Can translate complex technical needs into clear, actionable documentation.
• Thrive in building scalable systems from the ground up for “always‑on” content.

You will be the architect of Kaleidoscope’s technical foundation. Your work ensures that as we scale our video ambitions, our editors and partners can focus on world‑class storytelling within a robust, professional framework.
