About the Role

We’re looking for ambitious Enterprise Growth Lead to accelerate our global expansion across AMS, EMEA, SEAI, and ANZ. This is a pure hunter role, designed for self-starters who thrive in fast-moving environments and can open new markets from scratch.

As an EGL, you’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and close, bringing Cookiy.

AI’s Agentic Voice platform to leading brands, research agencies, and enterprise innovation teams. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, and report directly to our VP of Global Business & Insights.

This role requires flexibility to accommodate the working hours of your assigned region.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: outreach, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop and execute a regional GTM strategy, exceeding quarterly ARR and pipeline targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across Research, Insights, and Marketing functions.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Global Business & Insights on account strategy, forecasting, and expansion planning.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to refine value propositions and client narratives.
  • Translate client feedback into insights that influence our GTM and product roadmap.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate CRM pipeline, driving operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS, Market Research, or Insights Technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record as a hunter — capable of ramping pipeline quickly and closing first deals fast.
  • Strong understanding of qualitative research, user experience, or customer insights workflows.
  • Consultative selling mindset — able to translate technical products into human value stories.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  • A bias toward action, resilience under ambiguity, and entrepreneurial drive.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to Marketing, Research, or Innovation teams at enterprise level.
  • Familiarity with AI / Data / Research technology ecosystems.
  • Consistent record of over achievement (110%+ attainment).
  • Global mindset and comfort working in distributed, cross-cultural teams.
