Middle Strong​/Senior Strong Product Designer

We are looking for a Middle/Middle Strong Product Designer to join our projects.

Please note this is a project based engagement, not an inhouse position.
The social package in this case (vacation, days off, sick leaves, public holidays, equipment, accounting support)

Project 1.1

• Domain: AI-based community builder
• Description: It is a white-label, AI-powered community engagement and management platform that lets communities create fully customized digital experiences. It features agentic AI assistants that proactively and reactively engage members across onboarding, events, networking, marketplace, payments, referrals, and knowledge management. The system supports complex workflows, from simple authentication to advanced KYC/KYB verification, configurable by module and membership tier.
• Team composition: UX/UI Designer, UX/UI Designer (hiring)
• Timeline: 1-2 months, full time
• Working hours: approximately from 9 or 10 am Kyiv time, 8 hours/day.

Project 1.2

• Domain: AI-powered platform for pet owners
• Description: mobile app for pet owners that combines health tracking, AI-powered guidance, and wellness rewards.
• Working hours: approximately from 9 or 10 am Kyiv time, 8 hours/day.

  Description:
  
  One of the largest private healthcare groups in the GCC region (the UAE, Saudi Arabia), with an extensive network of hospitals, clinics, and specialized medical centers. The company provides a wide range of medical services and actively invests in digital patient engagement channels.
• What is expected: The project involves a complete UX and visual redesign, introduction of new user flows. This role requires strong product thinking, deep understanding of healthcare digital experiences, and the ability to design scalable, accessible, and multilingual web solutions (including RTL support).
• Team composition: 2 FE React developers (hiring), Project Manager (hiring), QA, Designer (hiring).
• Engagement Duration: 1-1.5 months with a possibility of extension

• Lead end-to-end UX process: discovery → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → developer handoff
• Redesign and optimize complex user journeys (onboarding, verification flows, dashboards, engagement features, etc.)
• Create scalable design systems and reusable UI components
• Design responsive web platforms and mobile-first experiences
• Build clear, structured user flows for data-heavy or workflow-based systems
• Conduct UX audits and propose usability improvements
• Ensure accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Design multilingual interfaces (including RTL layouts when required)
• Collaborate closely with FE developers for pixel-perfect implementation
• Participate in product discussions and contribute to product thinking
• Deliver production-ready Figma files with clean structure and documentation

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design (mobile-first products)
• Experience designing startup products
• Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns and navigation architecture
• Experience designing AI chat-based interfaces or AI-powered features
• Ability to simplify complex flows into clear step-by-step experiences
• Strong visual design skills with attention to spacing, typography, and hierarchy
• Experience building and maintaining scalable component systems
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
• Understanding of technical constraints in React Native environments
• Experience working closely with developers in small, agile teams
