The Digital Experiences Project Manager leads cross‑discipline marketing teams through complex digital initiatives that support strategic business goals. In this role, you will drive delivery across one or more agile or waterfall project teams, manage roadmaps and priorities, and play a central role in planning, risk mitigation, cross‑discipline collaboration, and resource efficiency. You will help shape processes and outcomes that move the business forward while ensuring high‑quality execution.
Successful candidates go beyond facilitation and reporting—they work collaboratively across teams to build effective solutions, thoughtfully balancing near‑term needs with long‑term impacts. They are highly resourceful, applying creative thinking to tools, processes, and problem‑solving to keep projects moving efficiently. They are also outcome‑focused, defining clear, actionable steps aligned to established KPIs and consistently delivering high‑quality results. Clear, concise and consistent communication is key.

Required technical and professional expertiseDemonstrated experience leading agile and/or waterfall project teams through full delivery life cycles.
Professional experience in digital, web, or marketing environments, with a solid understanding of cross‑discipline workflows.
Proven ability to build and manage detailed project plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and accountable owners.
Experience facilitating agile ceremonies—including standups, retrospectives, and sprint planning—or conducting structured project checkpoints.
Strong working knowledge of project management platforms such as Jira, Workfront, , or equivalent tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in:
Stakeholder alignment and engagement
Project status and risk communications
Cross‑functional collaboration
Ability to create and maintain reporting dashboards, datasets, and status frameworks that support project transparency and decision‑making.
5-8+ years of project management experience in digital, web, or marketing environments.
Demonstrated success managing complex, cross‑discipline digital initiatives, such as web redesigns, content programs, information architecture implementations, platform integrations, or digital marketing campaigns.
Familiarity or hands‑on proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Workfront, or related digital experience platforms.
Understanding of digital marketing, performance analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
Strong ability to drive and communicate clarity, alignment, and prioritization in ambiguous or fast‑changing environments.
Proven track record of improving team efficiency, workflows, or delivery processes through tools, automation, or methodology enhancements.
